We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic National Account Manager to lead our key client relationships and drive business growth across national markets. Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets for national accounts.
- Manage and nurture relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Lead negotiations and contract discussions with corporate clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
- Analyse market trends, customer data, and sales performance metrics to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, logistics, and product development to align strategies and optimise client solutions.
- Utilise Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track account activities, forecast sales, and generate reports.
- Provide leadership within the sales team by mentoring junior staff and fostering a collaborative environment.
- Represent the organisation at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to enhance brand visibility.
- Proven experience in B2B sales with a strong track record of managing large accounts.
- Excellent analysis skills to interpret data and inform strategic decisions.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or comparable CRM platforms for managing client relationships and sales pipelines.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience in guiding teams towards achieving targets.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to negotiate effectively at senior levels.
