Description
- Manage and develop relationships with key national accounts to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
- Collaborate with clients to develop tailored own-label solutions that meet their specific needs.
- Lead contract negotiations and ensure mutually beneficial agreements are reached.
- Analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client requirements and delivery of projects.
- Prepare regular reports on account performance and provide insights to senior management.
- Monitor and manage budgets to ensure profitability and efficient resource allocation.
- Represent the company at industry events and trade shows, building brand awareness and fostering relationships.
A successful National Account Manager - Own Label should have:
- Proven experience in account management within the FMCG industry.
- A strong understanding of own-label products and their development processes.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in analysing data and market trends to inform decision-making.
- The ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- A results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
