Multi Sport Event/Party Coordinator

Here at Bubble Boy Events, we are a long standing events company specialising in kids parties, stag do's, hen do's and many more party days. We provide multiple sports for these special events and travel to the customers to perform them. Having been the first company in the country to provide the sport bubble football, we have now expanded to offer dodgeball, nerf gun parties, battle tag archery and old school sports days as well. YOU MUST HAVE A DRIVING LICENSE AND YOUR OWN VEHICLE TO APPLY!

We are looking for a casual part time addition to our team based anywhere between Manchester and the Midlands, who must be available to work every single weekend with 3 weeks notice needed for time off. The coordinator must have a DBS and have a sporting background. If you have the ability to work weekdays as well then this will play in your favour.

Main duties:

• Running parties of all age groups making sure that full health and safety procedures are met and everyone has a great but safe time


• Storing equipment when not in use during the week


• Travelling to and from party locations (up to 90 minutes away from you, fuel expenses provided)


• Being available every single weekend

About you:

• Former experience in a similar role preferred


• Sporting background with availability every weekend


• Must hold a DBS
