THE OPPORTUNITY
===================
We’re looking for a proactive, technically skilled and hands\-on Multi\-Skilled Engineer to join our team at Heler Foods Creamery, Nantwich.

In this role, you will:
- Deliver the site engineering strategy, ensuring reliable, efficient and on\-target production
- Maintain and develop technical capability across electrical, mechanical and automation systems
- Carry out fault diagnosis across electrical control systems (Allen Bradley, Siemens) and pneumatic systems
- Perform mechanical maintenance including pump seal changes, fabrication, TIG welding and installations
- Support site compliance across H\&S, steam systems, effluent processes and regulatory requirements
- Balance reactive and proactive work, contributing to PM completion and GMP standards

You’ll bring:
- Experience in fast\-moving, clean, high\-tech production environments (ideally 24/7; dairy/food/beverage desirable)
- Strong technical competency across electrical (PLC, drives, automation) and mechanical systems (pumps, pneumatics, hydraulics, valves, thermal processes)
- Ability to diagnose faults, prioritise effectively and know when to seek support
- A proactive and independent approach, confident sharing your ideas and challenging the status quo
- Qualifications: Apprenticeship (Electrical or Mechanical), BTEC/C\&G in Engineering, H\&S qualification
- Knowledge of Asbestos, Legionella, DSEAR and Pressure Systems

- Degree\-level engineering qualification or equivalent capability
- Experience in lean manufacturing
