Job Description:

As a Mobile Multi\-Skilled Maintenance Operative, you will be responsible for the upkeep and repair of various client sites within your designated region. You will utilize your expertise in multiple trades to ensure that all maintenance tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and emergency repairs on a wide range of systems and equipment,


• Conduct inspections and assessments to identify issues and implement effective solutions.


• Work across various trades, including plumbing, carpentry, and general building across many retail and hospitality environments.


• Respond promptly to service calls and manage your workload effectively.


• Participation in a call\-out rota (1 in every 4 weeks)


• Maintain accurate records of work performed using our and materials used using our in house system, SimPro.


• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.


• Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive client relationships.

• Proven experience in a multi\-skilled maintenance role.


• Proficiency in multiple trades (plumbing, carpentry, general building, etc.).


• Strong problem\-solving skills and attention to detail.


• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• Full UK driving license.

• Competitive salary ranging from £40,000 to £42,000, depending on experience.


• Participation in a call\-out rota (1 in every 4 weeks) with paid overtime opportunities.
