Multi site Key Holder/Sales Consultant

Baobab Collection is currently looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our friendly, dynamic sales team in London. Please note that you must have a passion for Home Decoration, Interior Design, and fragrance. Previous experience in this field would also be ideal but not necessary.

The position is for a full\-time key holder with a contract of 40 hours per week.

We are looking for someone flexible as the role will require the candidate to spend two days in our Future new opening store in the west end and possibly multisites in other locations.

• Ensure exceptional standards of customer service. Utilise the customer experience to increase store sales, brand awareness and customer loyalty.


• Work towards store targets and understanding KPIs to achieve sales.


• Take an active interest in all areas of the business, including VM, stock management and CRM.


• Act as an ambassador for Baobab Collection at all times, in accordance with company procedures.


• Open, close and operate the store in the absence of the Store Manager. Cash up sales and adhere to company security procedures.
