Job Overview
On the Wheel ( OTW) are recruiting for an enthusiastic, target driven and customer\-focused professional with strong communication and relationship\-building skills. Experienced in delivering excellent customer service, and working efficiently in a busy, fast\-paced environment. Confident in building rapport, handling enquiries, and guiding customers through the purchasing \& buying process while maintaining a positive and professional attitude. Great basic package plus uncapped commission.

Responsibilities

  • Follow up on the numerous daily sales leads we receive, driving sales growth and building lasting relationships with clients as well as identifying new business opportunities through proactive outreach and networking to achieve agreed targets.

  • You will be expected to deliver the highest standard of customer service while selling bikes, accessories, warranties \& finance etc to our customers either in person or over the phone following company processes as required.

  • You will follow up on buy in leads, part exchanges and source suitable used bikes on various platforms to sell in the store.

  • Contribute to our social media platforms \& assist the team with housekeeping duties in the showroom and other ad hoc tasks.
Requirements
  • Previous selling/purchasing experience required.

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal \& written \& the ability to adapt and be flexible to the requirements of the role.

  • Excellent work ethic and time management skills. Ability to work independently \& as part of a team.

  • Keen interest in motorcycles or automotive industry preferrable.

  • Full Bike licence preferable but not essential.

  • FCA Training can be provided.

Basic starting salary \& generous commission structure on sales and buy ins. Uncapped commission.

Pay: From £25,000\.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Brighton BN41 1PL: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

  • Sales: 2 years (preferred)
