We are looking for a Mortgage Case Manager to join our team of Mortgage Superheroes. Your mission? To help clients achieve their objectives whether that be homeownership, raising funds to build an extension or simply to secure the best deal they can. You’ll keep cases progressing through the pipeline, and make sure our clients get a 5\-star service that makes them say “wow.”

What You Will Do

• Process mortgage and protection cases from application to completion.


• Liaise with lenders, solicitors, and clients to ensure every mortgage application progresses without a hitch.


• Keep every case on track — spotting and solving delays before they escalate.


• Deliver a client experience so good, people can’t help but tell their friends.

• At least 1 years experience working within either financial services or client case management (mortgage environment preferred).


• Administration skills — including being competent user on a computer and an ability to quickly learn new systems.

• £28,000–£32,000 per year depending on mortgage experience.


• Annual Leave: 20 days of annual leave (plus all bank holidays), and the time off between Christmas and New Year when the office is closed.
