CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is seeking a Mobile Multi\-Skilled Engineer to support a portfolio of commercial sites across Leeds and the surrounding region. We welcome applicants with either an Electrical or Plumbing background who are looking for a varied, mobile role within a global facilities management business. The Role
You'll be responsible for delivering planned and reactive maintenance across multiple client sites, ensuring buildings remain safe, compliant and operating efficiently. Key Responsibilities
Carry out PPM and reactive maintenance activities.
Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical and building services faults.
Complete compliance paperwork and maintenance records accurately.
Liaise with clients and contractors to deliver excellent service.
Support health \& safety procedures, permits and risk assessments.
Participate in an on\-call rota when required. About You
Qualified in Electrical Engineering, Plumbing, Mechanical Engineering or a relevant trade.
Experience within facilities management, building services or commercial maintenance environments.
Strong fault\-finding and problem\-solving skills.
Able to work independently across multiple sites.
