Porto\-based opportunity with hybrid work model (2\-3 days remote per week).

As a Mid\-Level Business Analyst, you will be working for our client, a leading corporate bank in the banking sector. In this role, you will contribute to enhancing banking operations through thorough analysis of business processes, requirements, and market trends, supporting the development and deployment of impactful strategies. Join us in driving innovation and excellence in the financial industry.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Conduct detailed business process analysis and gather comprehensive requirements.

  • Collaborate seamlessly with French\-speaking stakeholders and cross\-disciplinary teams.

  • Translate business needs into clear functional specifications and documentation in both French and English.

  • Lead the delivery of effective business solutions on time and within scope.

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with clients and partners.

  • Support testing activities and ensure successful implementation of solutions.

You're ideal for this role if you have:
  • At least 3 years of experience in business analysis within banking or finance sectors.

  • Fluency in French and proficiency in English at least B2 level.

  • Strong analytical, problem\-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a multicultural environment.

  • Experience with business analysis tools and methodologies.

  • Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic work environment.

  • Banking or finance experience is a plus.

It is a strong plus if you have: (optional)
  • Certifications in business analysis or project management.

Language Required for the role:
  • Fluent in French and good command of English (at least B2 level).
