Mid-Level Data Engineer – Financial Data Management

As a Data Engineer – French Speaker – ETL and Data Management, you will be working for our client, a leading organization within the financial sector. You will contribute to managing and optimizing complex data processes to support critical business operations, helping to build innovative data solutions that reshape banking industry standards. Your main responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage run processes in non\-production environments (testing and homologation).


• Develop and maintain ETL processes using Semarchy.


• Participate in troubleshooting and debugging issues within non\-production support activities.


• Ensure rigorous documentation and adherence to best practices in data engineering.


• Collaborate effectively with application production teams to ensure seamless data workflows.

You're ideal for this role if you have:

• At least 3 years of experience in data engineering or related fields.


• Proficiency in French (C1 level mandatory).


• Strong knowledge of Oracle SQL, VTOM (or ControlM), SQLLoader, Unix, and Semarchy or other ETL tools.


• Programming skills in SQL; Python skills are a plus.


• Background in computer engineering or a related discipline.


• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration.


• A curious and rigorous mindset with a passion for learning and problem\-solving.

It is a strong plus if you have: (optional)

• Experience working with cloud infrastructure or other BI tools.

Language Required for the role:

• French (C1 level mandatory).
