Pinnacle Care is looking for compassionate, resilient and dependable Mental Health Support Workers / Care Assistants to join our friendly team in Rugby.
You will support up to 11 adults living with complex mental health needs in a specialist residential home. We provide a safe, structured and supportive environment where each resident is encouraged to build confidence, develop daily living skills and enjoy the best possible quality of life.
This is a rewarding opportunity for someone with experience in mental health, complex needs, learning disabilities or residential care who wants to make a meaningful and lasting difference.
Your Role
As a Mental Health Support Worker / Care Assistant, you will:
- Deliver safe, compassionate and person\-centred support
- Follow individual care plans, risk assessments and positive behaviour support strategies
- Help residents develop independence, confidence and practical daily living skills
- Encourage participation in meaningful activities and community opportunities
- Respond calmly and professionally to behaviours that may challenge
- Provide emotional reassurance and practical assistance
- Maintain accurate and confidential care records
- Work closely with colleagues and healthcare professionals to provide consistent, high\-quality support
- £13\.50 per hour
- £150 induction bonus following successful completion of the required training

Important Information
This role does not offer visa sponsorship, and we are unable to take over sponsorship from another employer. Applicants must already have the appropriate right to work in the UK.

- A satisfactory Enhanced DBS check, funded by Pinnacle Care
