We are looking for a driven, ambitious Membership Sales Consultant who thrives in a target\-focused environment and is motivated by earning potential, progression and performance.

About the Role

As a Membership Sales Consultant at Apex Gyms, you’ll be a key driver of growth and the public face of the gym in your local area. Your responsibilities will include:

• Generating and managing new leads through outreach, referrals, local partnerships and community engagement.


• Building rapport quickly and confidently handling objections to close sales.


• Consistently achieving and exceeding membership sales targets.


• Delivering a high\-energy, professional experience for every prospective member.


• Supporting social media and local marketing initiatives to drive awareness and lead generation.


• Supporting daily club operations \- helping to maintain presentation, cleanliness and member experience.


• Representing the Apex Gyms brand with energy, professionalism and enthusiasm.

Key Requirements

We are specifically looking for someone with proven sales ability and confidence in a target\-driven environment.

Ideal candidates will have:

• Previous sales experience with measurable targets/KPIs.


• Strong closing skills and confidence speaking to people in person and over the phone.


• A proactive, resilient and self\-motivated mindset.


• A competitive nature and genuine motivation to earn commission.


• Excellent communication and relationship\-building skills.


• Fitness industry sales experience is highly desirable, but strong sales performers from other industries will also be considered.

This role is not suited to someone looking for a purely customer service or reception\-based position.
