Medical Secretary - CYPMH

This post forms part of a service currently subject to a service improvement and redesign programme. Service delivery models, roles and structures will be reviewed as part of the improvement process, which may result in changes and a consultation process in line with the Trust’s Organisational Change Policy. We are currently recruiting a forward thinking, reliable, enthusiastic established administration professional to join our busy administration team as a Medical Secretary based at Whitegate Drive Health Centre, Blackpool, aligned to the Specialist Network.

As a vital team member you will provide excellent administration and communication skills and work flexibly in response to the service needs. You will provide a comprehensive secretarial, administration and information service to the specified Consultant(s) and the Multi Disciplinary Team. You will facilitate the organisation of the workload for the Consultant(s) and co\-ordinate your activities with other medical Secretaries and administration colleagues, to ensure an efficient and confidential service is provided. You will also provide day to day support to the CYPMH team and administration colleagues.

To provide a comprehensive secretarial, administration and information service to specified Consultant’s and their team. To facilitate the organisation of the workload of the Consultant and their team and coordinate their activities with other medical secretaries to ensure and efficient and confidential service is provided.
