Medical Receptionist

Doctor 365 Walk in Medical Clinic is hiring part time medical Receptionist in our New Clinic in Sandyford/Maynooth

We are looking for a receptionist for 16\-20 hrs

Position will also include to be fully flexible to cover sick leave, maternity, holidays etc.

Medical Receptionist Experience required.

The right candidate should have have relevant skills and experience:

• Answering phones and forwarding calls to the appropriate party, or taking down messages for forwarding later


• Collecting patient information and providing it to relevant medical leads


• Handling correspondence and file transfers


• Checking on medical staff throughout the day


• Multitasking to balance responsibilities between visitor needs and office availability


• Time management skills for maintaining the focus of office staff and keeping pace with daily tasks


• Understanding of healthcare terminology for relaying medical data


• Excellent communication and people skills and a pleasant demeanor


• Experience in scheduling and tracking patient information/appointments and maintaining supplies

Job Type: Part\-time

Pay: From €14\.15 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Sandyford, County Dublin: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
