Medical Receptionist / Administrator Full-Time - Blanchardstown Dublin 15
Job description
We are looking for a motivated, friendly person with a positive attitude to join our team as an Administrator/ Receptionist. The successful candidate must have experience in a medical practice or other professional setting to work in our GP Clinic in Blanchardstown, Dublin 15\.
The successful candidate will ideally have experience as a medical/professional receptionist or professional front of house position (e.g. legal secretary, corporate reception, etc.), will have excellent communication skills both in person and on the phone, and will be keen to learn a wide range of new skills in a challenging healthcare environment.
Experience with the Socrates Practice Management Software is a benefit, as is further training/education in Medical Reception from agencies such as Pittman or similar. The successful applicant will be proficient in the Windows suite and will have typing skills of 60wpm. Experience handling multiple phone lines is required, and discretion and compassion are essential when dealing with patients.
The position is available immediately and salary is competitive and commensurate with skills and experience.
