My Client is seeking a driven and creative Media Sales Specialist to join their team, working across a portfolio of premium lifestyle and culture magazines (print and digital). This role focuses on building strong advertising partnerships with brands in fashion, travel, wellness, and luxury sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and close advertising and sponsorship opportunities across print editions, digital platforms, and integrated campaigns
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with agencies, direct clients, and key brand stakeholders
- Proactively pitch creative media solutions tailored to client objectives, including content partnerships and multi-channel campaigns
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
- Manage full sales cycle from prospecting and pitching to negotiation and account management
- Collaborate with editorial, design, and marketing teams to deliver high-quality campaign executions
- Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activity, and audience insights
- Proven experience in B2B media sales, advertising sales, or a similar client-facing commercial role
- Strong network within lifestyle, luxury, or consumer brands preferred
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to confidently sell cross-platform solutions (print, digital, social, events)
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
