We’re looking for an experienced Media Account Director to lead client relationships and media planning across a portfolio of B2B accounts. The role is predominantly focused on digital channels, combining strategic planning, team leadership and commercial responsibility.

Job responsibilities:

Lead digital media strategy and planning, aligning channel mix and budgets with client objectives.

Own key client relationships, providing clear strategic direction and identifying opportunities for growth.

Work with activation teams and media partners to deliver effective campaigns and inform future planning.

Lead and develop a team, ensuring high\-quality work across accounts.

Oversee account budgets, forecasting and profitability.

Support new business pitches and introduce relevant tools and approaches, including AI.

Experience required:

At least five years’ experience in media planning and account management, predominantly across digital channels.

B2B marketing experience, with an understanding of business audiences and buying journeys.

Strong understanding of paid social, paid search and the wider digital media landscape.

A sharp strategic thinker who can translate business objectives into effective media plans.

Experience managing senior client relationships and developing a team.

Highly organised, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple accounts.

Strong commercial awareness and experience managing account finances.

A positive, enthusiastic and client\-focused approach—someone clients enjoy working with and trust to provide strong strategic direction.
