Description

What We Do:

Operating from our advanced manufacturing facilities in Ireland, we specialise in the design, development, fabrication and delivery of innovative, sustainable and fully integrated offsite prefabricated solutions. Our engineered systems are manufactured in Ireland and deployed throughout the UK and Europe, supporting major commercial, industrial and mission\-critical sectors.
As one of Europe's leading providers of Offsite Manufacturing solutions, we partner with contractors and developers to deliver high\-performance modular MEP systems for mission\-critical data centre projects. Our expertise in offsite manufacturing enables us to improve program certainty, reduce on\-site activity, enhance quality and accelerate project delivery, and support the continued growth of digital infrastructure across the UK and Europe.

Role Overview:
We are seeking a detail\-oriented Mechanical Take\-off \& Materials Co\-Ordinator to identify, quantify and order mechanical components required for our projects.
Working from 3D models, technical drawings and specifications, you will produce accurate material take\-offs for items such as valves, pipework, bends, fittings, flanges and associated components. You will then coordinate material orders to ensure the correct parts are available when required.
