Mechanical Project Manager

Job Description:

We require a person who wants to progress their career within the industry over a progressive period of time and not just in a short\-term contract. The applicant applying must have a good work ethic \& be able to work on their own initiative. Experience in the Plumbing trade is essential.

Job Role

• Management of a sites regards Mechanical installations \& fit outs.


• Weekly site review.


• Labour management.


• Procurement and ordering of materials.


• Meeting milestones.


• Progress reports.

• Time served Plumber with QQI Level 6 Advanced Certificate Craft \- Plumbing or equivalent (copy of certification needed).


• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.


• High\-level diagnostic and problem\-solving skills in an industrial \& commercial environment.


• Ability to work on own initiative, run and team, set examples \& have pride in their work.


• Experience in an industrial/commercial environment


• Demonstrate detailed understanding of H\&S statutory requirements, responsibilities and obligations.

Pay: €70,000\.00\-€80,000\.00 per year
