The HVAC Project Manager job role:
- As the new HVAC Project Manager you'll be overseeing a portfolio of large scale tier 1 commercial HVAC contracts, from pre-construction to handover
- Projects will range in scale from £500K to £5M in value and you will usually handle 1 to 2 or 3 projects at once.
- This will be a field based role mainly going out to sites across London, using the travel card provided by the company
- Managing site teams, HVAC subcontractors, suppliers and timelines
- Ensuring HVAC compliance with health & safety, quality and documentation
- Liaising with clients and stakeholders across all HVAC project phases
- Genuine opportunities for training & progression ... There have been multiple internal promotions in past 24 months that naturally also come with salary rewards
- Annual bonus of up to 8% of your salary (paid before Christmas and based on individual yearly performance)
