Mechanical Engineer Location: Fenchurch Street Salary: £40,000 - £42,000 per annum Hours: Monday - Friday (Standard Days)

Your Responsibilities • Conduct planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on commercial HVAC, plant rooms, and plumbing systems.

• Diagnose and repair mechanical faults, from pumps and motors to heat exchangers and AHUs.


• Monitor and optimize the Building Management System (BMS) for maximum efficiency.


• Support small-scale mechanical installation projects and system upgrades.


• Ensure all works meet current health, safety, and environmental regulations.

What We're Looking For • Qualified: NVQ Level 3 in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, or Plumbing & Heating.

• Technical Savvy: Strong knowledge of commercial boiler systems, pumps, and cooling towers.


• The Extra Mile: Experience with BMS (Building Management Systems) is highly desirable.


• Professionalism: You're comfortable working in a live campus environment and representing the estates team to staff and students.
