Based in Gloucestershire, we specialise in the casting and fabrication of exceptional sculptures in bronze, iron, aluminium and precious metals.

As a Maintenance Engineer, you will play a vital role in supporting a diverse range of machinery, plant and facilities that enable our skilled teams to deliver world\-class sculpture projects.

Key areas of the role
- Along with the department supervisor \- Responsible for mechanical and electrical integrity across the Foundry
- Carry out planned maintenance, fault finding and repairs.
- Maintain accurate maintenance schedules and records.
- Contribute to continuous improvement activities using various tools and machinery
- Monitor tooling conditions and report defects.
- Maintain high standards of safety and housekeeping.
- Support engineering standards and safe working practices
- Respond promptly to breakdowns and failures, to support production requirements and minimise operational downtime.
- A formal engineering qualification (e.g. City \& Guilds, NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Multi skilled engineering)
- Electrical and mechanical experience and qualifications, including fault finding and diagnostics
- Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics and safe working practices
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A flexible, hands\-on approach and willingness to support across shifts
- Experience operating complex machinery in a manufacturing environment
- Confidence using data to drive decisions and improvements
