About The Role:
Shift Pattern: Working both days and nights. 4 days on, 4 days off, followed by 4 nights on, 4 nights off.
Responsibilities
- Completion of PPM to all Mechanical elements of the building.
- Completion of reactive tasks as required / directed
- Completion of ad\-hoc building services works
- Completion of quoted works both inside and outside of normal working hours
- Occasional report writing
- Observe and comply with company Health Safety \& Environmental procedures.
- Be an ambassador for OCS, maintain their core values
- Be an ambassador for Somerset House \& interaction with public.
- Carry out any further reasonable requests made by management
- City and Guilds or NVQ level 3 in Mechanical, Plumbing, HAVAC installation and maintenance
- General building skills
- Prepared to work unsociable hours
- Client facing \- able to communicate at all levels
- Trained in ACOP L8
- Multi skilled across all FM trades including building fabric and minor electrical works
- Experienced in the installation of building services, specifically with all types of pipework
