We are looking for an experienced Mechanical Design Engineer to join our engineering team

For over 200 years, we have been developing innovative environmental monitoring solutions used around the world to help protect the environment and keep people safe. Our products are used across air quality, dust, noise and vibration monitoring applications, helping organisations make safer, healthier and more informed decisions.

You'll become part of a genuinely collaborative engineering environment where mechanical, electronics and firmware engineers work closely together every day. The engineering team sits together, shares ideas openly and works collectively to solve technical challenges throughout the product lifecycle.

The Role

This is a varied, hands\-on role offering involvement across the full product lifecycle. You'll contribute to the design and development of innovative products from initial concepts through development, testing, production and ongoing product improvement.

Responsibilities include:

• Mechanical design of products, components and enclosures


• Design for manufacture, tooling and production


• End\-to\-end product design and development


• Prototyping, testing and evaluation of designs


• Investigating and resolving engineering challenges


• Supporting existing products and driving continuous improvement


• Working closely with electronics and firmware engineers to develop complete products
