About the Role
As a Martial Arts Instructor with Cobra Mastery Alliance, you will
\- Deliver engaging, structured, and enjoyable martial arts classes
\- Inspire students of all ages and abilities to achieve their goals
\- Teach martial arts techniques, discipline, confidence, and life skills
\- Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback
\- Maintain a safe, positive, and professional training environment
\- Support student retention and school growth initiatives
\- Assist with gradings, events, demonstrations, and community outreach
\- Develop leadership skills with the aim of progressing into senior positions
Who We're Looking For
\- Passionate about martial arts and personal development
\- Positive, energetic, and professional attitude
\- Strong communication and people skills
\- Reliable and committed to helping others succeed
\- Willing to learn and follow proven teaching systems
\- Leadership potential and a desire to grow within the organisation
\- Previous coaching or teaching experience is beneficial but not essential
