Accountabilities:
- Develop and execute end-to-end marketing strategies for assigned clients, ensuring alignment with business objectives, priorities, and growth targets.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client brands, leading strategic discussions, managing expectations, and providing clear, data-driven recommendations.
- Oversee project delivery across multiple accounts, coordinating internal teams and external partners to ensure timely, high-quality execution.
- Define KPIs, build reporting frameworks, and continuously monitor performance to ensure accountability and optimization of marketing efforts.
- Manage budgets and resources effectively, ensuring efficient allocation aligned with campaign goals and client needs.
- Translate business objectives into structured roadmaps, actionable plans, and clear execution timelines.
- Ensure consistency, quality, and strategic alignment across all marketing initiatives while reducing escalation needs through proactive leadership.
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in marketing management, marketing leadership, account management, or client project services roles.
- Proven ability to build and execute marketing strategies, define KPIs, and create structured execution roadmaps aligned with business goals.
- Experience managing multiple client accounts or brands simultaneously in fast-paced or high-responsibility environments.
- Strong understanding of budgeting, reporting, and performance tracking in a marketing context.
- Experience working in high-risk or complex industries, demonstrating strong business acumen and decision-making ability.
- Excellent client-facing communication skills with the ability to lead discussions, influence stakeholders, and provide clear recommendations.
- Highly organized with strong problem-solving capabilities and a proactive, ownership-driven mindset.
- Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Figma, and AI-assisted marketing tools.
- Fluent English (native-level proficiency required).
