Duties
- Generate leads and identify prospective students across the UK.
- Contact, advise and recruit local/home students.
- Provide end\-to\-end guidance, from initial enquiry to enrolment.
- Explain available universities, courses, entry requirements and application procedures.
- Support students with application preparation and submission.
- Assist with personal statements/SOPs, CVs and supporting documents.
- Check documents for accuracy and completeness.
- Handle students’ personal information in accordance with GDPR guidelines.
- Follow up with students regularly and provide application updates.
- Achieve monthly student recruitment and enrolment targets.
- Approach new education agents and develop professional partnerships.
- Recruit, onboard and maintain relationships with agents and sub\-agents.
- Coordinate effectively with students, agents, admissions teams and university partners.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, applications and student progress.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team targets.
- Identify problems and provide practical solutions.
- Participate in marketing campaigns, events and promotional activities
- Experience in education consultancy, student recruitment, sales or marketing is preferred.
- Good knowledge of the UK education and university admission process.
- Strong communication, sales and customer service skills.
- Confident in approaching students, agents and business partners.
- Target\-driven, organised and able to manage multiple applications.
- Good written English and document\-preparation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem\-solving and client coordination skills.
- Understanding of GDPR and confidential document handling.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, email and CRM systems is desirable.
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Strong analysis skills to interpret market data and derive actionable insights.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel for data analysis and PowerPoint for presentations.
- Experience in B2B marketing strategies with a focus on building long\-term client relationships.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to motivate teams and collaborate effectively across departments.
