Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives and drive brand growth. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and market share.
- Lead and motivate the marketing team to achieve departmental objectives through effective project management.
- Analyse market data and consumer insights to identify new opportunities and optimise existing campaigns.
- Manage the creation of marketing materials using Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Office programmes, and other digital tools.
- Coordinate B2B marketing initiatives to establish strong relationships with corporate clients and partners.
- Oversee digital marketing efforts, including social media, email campaigns, and content creation.
- Monitor campaign performance metrics and prepare detailed reports for senior management.
- Organise promotional events, trade shows, and other outreach activities to promote organisational offerings.
- Ensure all marketing activities comply with organisational standards and industry regulations.
- Proven experience in a managerial marketing role, preferably within a B2B environment.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Excellent analysis skills to interpret market data and derive actionable insights.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Office suite, and IT systems relevant to marketing functions.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities with experience managing teams and coordinating cross\-departmental projects.
- Exceptional communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Organised with excellent time management skills to meet deadlines in a fast\-paced environment.
- Knowledge of current marketing trends, digital platforms, and B2B marketing best practices is highly desirable.
