Marketing Manager
We are looking for a results\-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead and execute our digital marketing strategy across multiple channels. This is a hands\-on role suited to someone who can operate both strategically and practically, taking ownership of website performance, social media, email marketing, and campaign coordination.
Website \& SEO Conduct usability audits and implement improvements based on UX best practices Optimise site structure, content hierarchy, and calls\-to\-action to improve conversions Manage ongoing SEO strategy and performance tracking Develop and update landing pages for campaigns and events Social Media Manage and grow brand presence across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube Develop platform\-specific content strategies aligned with audience and business goals Create and schedule content including short\-form video, graphics, and campaign posts Monitor community engagement and maintain an active, consistent brand voice Email Marketing Build and manage audience segmentation and automated email flows Plan and deliver regular campaigns including welcome sequences, promotions, and re\-engagement Optimise campaigns based on performance data to improve open rates and conversions PR \& Campaign Support Collaborate with PR agencies or partners to align digital and traditional marketing efforts Contribute to campaign ideation, ensuring concepts are optimised for digital engagement
Pay: €30,115\.50\-€51,654\.95 per year
