Marketing Manager
Job Description
· Develop and implement marketing strategies specifically for the T4 Bubble Tea Waterloo branch, with clear objectives to increase local brand awareness, store footfall, customer retention and sales revenue.
· Plan and deliver marketing campaigns for the branch’s bubble tea, milk tea, fruit tea, seasonal drinks, toppings, snacks and new product launches, taking into account seasonal demand, local customer preferences and sales performance.
· Develop targeted promotions for the Waterloo customer base, including students, office workers, commuters, tourists and local residents, such as lunchtime promotions, student offers, seasonal campaigns, product bundles and customer loyalty initiatives.
· Manage the branch’s Instagram marketing, including planning content calendars, creating promotional content and promoting new drinks, seasonal products, special offers and in\-store activities.
· Monitor social media engagement, customer comments and campaign performance, including views, engagement, promotional redemptions and customer responses, and adjust marketing activities accordingly.
· Analyse branch sales information to identify best\-selling and lower\-performing drinks, popular toppings, customer purchasing patterns, peak and off\-peak periods, seasonal changes and the effectiveness of individual promotions.
· Use sales and customer data to recommend marketing actions, such as promoting specific drinks, introducing product bundles or running targeted promotions during quieter trading periods.
· Monitor customer reviews, feedback and local market trends to understand customer preferences and identify opportunities to improve customer engagement and the branch’s local market position.
· Develop local marketing partnerships with universities, student societies, offices, nearby businesses and community organisations in the Waterloo area, with the aim of attracting new customers and increasing repeat visits.
· Ensure that locally produced marketing content and promotional activities remain consistent with T4’s brand identity, product positioning and overall brand standards.
· Monitor competitor activity in the local bubble tea, café and takeaway beverage market, including competitor promotions, pricing, product launches and customer trends, and recommend appropriate marketing responses.
· Prepare regular marketing reports covering sales performance, campaign results, social media engagement, customer feedback and local promotional activities, and make recommendations for future marketing plans.
Pay: £35,000\.00\-£42,000\.00 per year
