The Opportunity

We are working with our client to recruit a talented and commercially minded Marketing Manager to lead their UK marketing activity. This role will suit a hands-on marketer who is both creative and analytical, with experience delivering impactful campaigns across digital and retail environments.

You’ll play a key role in elevating brand presence, driving customer engagement, and supporting sales growth across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the UK marketing strategy in line with global brand direction

  • Plan and deliver integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, retail, and events

  • Manage and grow social media channels and online brand presence

  • Support retail partners with in-store marketing and promotions

  • Lead on content creation, ensuring strong and consistent brand storytelling

  • Analyse campaign performance and optimise activity based on insights

  • Coordinate product launches and seasonal campaigns

  • Manage relationships with external agencies, influencers, and partners

  • Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints

Candidate Profile
  • Proven experience in a Marketing Manager or Senior Marketing Executive role

  • Background in jewellery, luxury, fashion, or lifestyle sectors preferred

  • Strong digital marketing and social media expertise

  • Creative thinker with a strong eye for branding and detail

  • Commercially aware with strong analytical skills

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

  • Highly organised and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
