Marketing Manager – Raja Foods Ltd
Raja Foods Ltd is looking for an experienced and creative Marketing Manager to lead and develop our marketing activities across our foodservice business and own\-brand product range.
The role will include managing social media and digital marketing, product promotions, branding, advertising campaigns, customer communications and new product launches. You will work closely with our sales and management teams to increase brand awareness, support sales growth and develop new ideas to promote the business.
We are looking for someone who is creative, commercially minded and hands\-on, with the ability to take ownership of our marketing strategy from planning through to delivery.
Experience within foodservice, wholesale, FMCG or hospitality would be an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Carry out market research to identify new opportunities, customer trends, competitor activity and potential new product lines.
- Develop and manage the company’s marketing strategy and campaigns.
- Manage social media, website content and digital marketing.
- Create promotional material, product advertisements and customer communications.
- Develop and strengthen the Raja Foods and own\-brand product ranges.
- Support the launch and promotion of new products.
- Work closely with the sales team to develop promotions and increase sales.
- Analyse customer buying trends and identify opportunities for growth.
- Research competitors, pricing, brands and developments within the foodservice and wholesale market.
- Help organise exhibitions, trade events and promotional activities.
- Build relationships with suppliers and work with them on joint marketing and promotional campaigns.
- Monitor the performance of marketing campaigns and recommend improvements.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Creative thinking and ability to generate new ideas
- Good understanding of social media and digital marketing
- Basic graphic design and content creation skills
- Market research and competitor analysis
- Good written English and attention to detail
- Ability to plan and manage marketing campaigns
- Good organisational and time\-management skills
- Confident using Microsoft Office and common marketing software
- Ability to analyse basic sales and marketing data
- Commercial awareness and understanding of customer needs
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
