About the job We're partnering with a number of growing retail and ecommerce brands looking to hire experienced Digital Marketing and Performance Marketing professionals to drive customer acquisition, revenue growth and digital performance.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution across paid media and digital acquisition channels.
What You'll Be Doing
- Owning customer acquisition strategy across Paid Search, Paid Social, SEO, Display and Affiliate channels.
- Managing and optimising multi-channel marketing budgets.
- Driving traffic, revenue and ROAS improvements.
- Working closely with Ecommerce, CRM, Brand and Trading teams.
- Identifying new growth opportunities and testing emerging channels.
- Using data and insights to improve performance and commercial outcomes.
- Leading agency relationships and, in some cases, managing internal team members.
- 5+ years' experience in Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing or Acquisition.
- Strong ecommerce and customer acquisition experience.
- Expertise across Google Ads, Shopping, Performance Max, Meta and paid social.
- Proven success growing revenue and improving campaign performance.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience using GA4 and reporting platforms.
- Experience within retail, fashion, consumer brands, beauty, luxury or ecommerce businesses is highly desirable.
