Title: Marketing Manager / Marketing Executive (Part\-Time)

About the Job:

We are seeking a proactive and skilled Marketing Manager / Marketing Executive to support the continued growth of Ecovision and strengthen our position as a leading provider of renewable energy solutions across the UK.

This is a flexible, part\-time role offering 20–25 hours per week, with hours able to be worked across 3–5 days to suit individual working patterns, providing an excellent opportunity for a marketing professional seeking flexibility while making a meaningful impact within a growing business.

Working closely with the Senior Leadership Team, you will be responsible for developing and delivering marketing initiatives that enhance brand awareness, generate high\-quality leads, support customer engagement, and promote Ecovision’s services across the renewable energy sector.

You will play a key role in communicating our expertise, strengthening our digital presence, supporting business development activities, and ensuring consistent branding across all channels.

About Ecovision:

Ecovision has extensive experience design, installation and managing distributed rooftop solar PV asset portfolios across the UK.

We have installed over 5500 systems and currently manage over 19,000 installations across mainland UK 63MWp capacity), primarily on behalf of Portfolio Investors, Councils and Housing Associations. We have a strong track record of manging long term solar performance and work with clients to minimise operational costs whilst maximising the generation of renewable energy.

Renewable Industry growth and Ecovision:

The renewable energy industry is now experiencing significant growth across all sectors and technologies. As a consequence of increasing energy prices and the requirement to de carbonise energy production, the demand for new solar PV installation is growing at the highest rate since Government incentive schemes came to an end. In response to this Ecovision had a refocus on installation of new Solar PV systems, focusing on the rooftop sector with installations up to 500kWp. What You’ll Do:· Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and growth targets.· Manage and grow Ecovision's social media presence across LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.· Create engaging content including articles, case studies, customer success stories, blogs and social media posts.· Plan, execute and monitor email marketing campaigns to support customer engagement and lead generation.· Update and maintain website content, ensuring information remains current and relevant a· Create and manage marketing materials including brochures, presentations, case studies, newsletters and sales collateral.· Coordinate digital advertising campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook and other relevant channels.· Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and provide regular reporting, recommendations and insights.· Support lead generation activities and work closely with the sales team on opportunities.· Manage relationships with external agencies, designers, printers and marketing suppliers.· Assist with the planning and promotion of exhibitions, industry events, networking opportunities and company initiatives.· Ensure consistency of the Ecovision brand across all marketing communications and customer touchpoints.· Conduct competitor and market research to identify trends, opportunities and areas for growth.· Support internal communications and employer branding initiatives.· Carry out additional marketing and business support activities as required.

What You’ll Need:

· Previous experience in a Marketing Manager, Marketing Executive or similar marketing role.

· Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, content marketing and social media management.

· Experience creating and managing marketing campaigns from concept through to delivery.

· Excellent written communication skills with the ability to produce engaging and professional content.

· Experience using website content management systems and email marketing platforms.

· Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

· Analytical mindset with experience interpreting campaign performance data

· Ability to work independently, manage priorities and deliver results within a flexible part\-time.

· Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including PowerPoint, Word and Excel.

Advantageous/Desirable

· Experience within renewable energy, energy, sustainability, construction, facilities management or property sectors.

· Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics and paid digital advertising platforms.

· Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation tools.

· Graphic design experience using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or similar software.

· CIM qualification or marketing\-related degree.

Any offer of employment will require a Disclosure and Barring Service check, satisfactory references and completion of a successful 6\-month probation period.

Location: Hybrid with some travel throughout the UK

Hours: Part\-Time – 20 to 25 hours per week. Flexible working arrangements are available, with hours able to be worked across 3–5 days to suit individual working patterns.

Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience, and pro\-rated according to the agreed working hours
