Mary Rush Care is seeking two dedicated Full Time Support Workers to join our friendly team at Thatcham Avenue, a well\-established Supported Living service. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a supportive organisation that values its staff and is committed to helping people live independent, fulfilling lives.
About the Role
As a Support Worker, you will provide person\-centred support to adults within our Supported Living service, helping individuals develop confidence, independence and life skills whilst promoting choice, dignity and wellbeing.
No two days are the same. You may be supporting people with:
- Daily living skills
- Community access and social activities
- Medication support
- Personal care (where required)
- Shopping, cooking and budgeting
- Achieving personal goals and aspirations

What We're Looking For
- A positive and caring attitude
- Good communication skills
- Reliability and professionalism
- A genuine passion for supporting others
- Previous care experience is beneficial but not essential as full training will be provided
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends and bank holidays on a rota basis
Location
This role is based at Thatcham Avenue and applicants should live within a reasonable commuting distance of the service.
