Leaker Direct (Distribution) Ltd is one of the UK's leading B2B importer \& distributor of kitchen furniture, appliances, sinks, taps, worktops, flooring and associated products. A family business established for over 26 years, we supply trade, merchants, independent retailers, kitchen specialists, housebuilders, developers and contractors throughout the UK.

Due to continued growth, we are looking for an experienced, creative and commercially minded Marketing Manager to join our head office team.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who understands business\-to\-business (B2B) marketing and can create impactful campaigns that engage trade customers, strengthen our brands and generate sales opportunities.

Summary

Working closely with the Directors and Sales Team, you will take ownership of the company's marketing activities across multiple brands and websites, ensuring our marketing remains fresh, professional and commercially effective.

Responsibilities

• Designing and managing professional B2B email marketing campaigns


• Creating engaging social media content for trade customers, retailers and housebuilders


• Designing brochures, product catalogues, price lists, flyers, advertisements and promotional literature


• Managing and updating multiple company websites


• Producing high\-quality digital artwork for online and print campaigns


• Supporting supplier product launches and promotional campaigns


• Developing marketing campaigns that generate enquiries and drive sales


• Ensuring consistent branding across our group of businesses and own\-brand products


• Creating photography, graphics and visual content where required


• Assisting with exhibitions, trade events, showroom displays and customer marketing initiatives


• Qualifications


• Proven experience within a B2B marketing role


• Excellent knowledge of Adobe InDesign (essential)


• Excellent knowledge of Adobe Photoshop (essential)


• Strong Microsoft Office skills


• Experience managing and updating websites (Wix or Wordpress)


• Experience with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp)


• Strong social media management experience (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook)


• Exceptional organisational skills with excellent attention to detail


• The ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines


• A creative eye for design combined with commercial awareness
