Marketing Manager GB & Ireland (Maternity Cover)

We are looking for a Marketing Manager, 40 hours a week, on a fixed\-term contract for 12 months to cover maternity leave and join our Support Office team.

Reports to: Managing Director

Location: Head Office in Central London, Tottenham Court Road

Duration: 12 months

Job Description:

As the Marketing Manager, you will be the creative force, working with the Marketing Coordinator to lead our marketing campaigns for our UK and Ireland stores.

In a nutshell, you’ll be responsible for…

• Collaborating with the Global Marketing team to execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that supports our overall business goals


• Managing the annual marketing budget and allocating resources to maximise ROI


• Working closely with external agencies and vendors to ensure deliverables are completed on time and within budget


• Project managing marketing campaigns and events and analysing insights to continuously improve performance


• Designing and creating local material to ensure all marketing collateral is on brand and aligned with our company values


• Increasing customer loyalty with our Flying Tiger Copenhagen Club


• Working closely with the senior leadership team on communication plans, providing ideas and inspiration

We’re looking for someone with…

• A marketing maestro with at least 5 years of experience in marketing management, ideally within a global retail environment


• Proven experience in managing and executing creative and successful marketing campaigns


• Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously


• Excellent communication skills


• Commercially and customer\-focused


• The ability to work collaboratively with cross\-functional teams
