Estabulo is one of the UK's leading Brazilian rodizio restaurant groups, offering an authentic dining experience focused on quality meats, exceptional service and memorable guest experiences. Habbibi offers a vibrant dining and entertainment experience, combining food, drinks and atmosphere in unique city\-centre locations.

As our group continues to grow, we are looking for an experienced and commercially minded Marketing Manager to take ownership of marketing activity across both brands.

This is a hands\-on role suited to someone who understands the hospitality industry and knows how to turn marketing into measurable business performance. You will be responsible for driving brand awareness, increasing restaurant footfall, improving guest engagement and supporting revenue growth across all locations.

Working closely with the operations team, you will oversee the entire marketing function across Estabulo and Habbibi, including digital marketing, social media, content creation, paid advertising, PR, partnerships, CRM activity and local restaurant marketing initiatives.

The objective is simple: grow covers, strengthen brand presence nationwide and ensure both brands remain competitive and visible in their markets.

Requirements

• Highly organised and proactive, with the ability to turn ideas into delivered campaigns


• Previous marketing experience within restaurants, hospitality or leisure


• Able to manage multiple projects, deadlines and stakeholders simultaneously


• Commercially minded, with strong creative instincts and attention to detail


• Comfortable managing agencies, partnerships, PR and influencer relationships


• Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media and paid advertising


• Someone who thrives in fast\-paced environments and enjoys building brands


• Passionate about food, hospitality and guest experiences


• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach

• Exceptionally organised, detail\-oriented and highly proactive


• Naturally creates structure, sets priorities and keeps momentum across multiple projects


• Able to act as the central point of coordination between restaurant teams, operations, finance, suppliers, agencies and external partners


• Strong communicator who can confidently manage relationships at all levels of the business


• Excellent at follow\-up, accountability and ensuring projects are delivered on time


• Calm under pressure and comfortable managing multiple workstreams simultaneously


• Thrives in highly active, fast\-paced environments


• Takes genuine pride in execution, organisation and results

• Developing and delivering marketing strategies across Estabulo and Habbibi


• Creating timelines and managing critical paths for all marketing projects


• Leading campaigns, promotions, launches, events and brand partnerships


• Managing CRM, email marketing, social media, PR and influencer activity


• Working closely with restaurant management teams to support local marketing initiatives


• Monitoring campaign performance and reporting on return on investment


• Identifying opportunities to increase guest acquisition, retention and overall covers


• Supporting new restaurant openings and expansion projects where required

• Salary: £35,000 \- £45,000 \+ Performance bonus
