We are looking for an experienced and hands\-on Marketing Manager to join our team on a 12\-month fixed\-term maternity cover contract.

This is a varied B2B marketing role combining campaign management, digital marketing, CRM, content, events, webinars and sales support. You will take responsibility for maintaining STRUMIS’ day\-to\-day marketing activity while supporting our wider global growth plans.

Your responsibilities

You will:

  • Plan, create and execute integrated marketing campaigns and content across email, social media, customer communications and sales materials to support lead generation, customer engagement, brand awareness and product releases.

  • Maintain HubSpot CRM data quality and marketing automation processes, including contact and company associations, lifecycle stages, lead sources, sales ownership, lists and workflows.

  • Monitor marketing performance through HubSpot, GA4, Search Console and other reporting tools, providing regular reports and actionable insights.

  • Manage the STRUMIS website through HubSpot CMS, including creating and updating landing pages, website content, news, case studies and other resources.

  • Support ongoing SEO and website optimisation activity to improve visibility, user experience and lead generation.

  • Manage STRUMIS’ social media presence.

  • Coordinate global webinars from promotion and registration through to delivery support and follow\-up campaigns.

  • Coordinate STRUMIS’ participation in international trade shows, exhibitions and industry events, including booth graphics, promotional materials, merchandise, registration campaigns and supporting communications.

  • Work closely with regional sales teams across the UK, Europe, North America and the Middle East to support pipeline growth and wider sales activity.

  • Work with industry publications, partners, suppliers and external agencies to coordinate advertising, PR, design, print and other promotional activity.

  • Manage marketing budgets and monitor campaign, event and supplier expenditure.

  • Maintain consistent use of the STRUMIS brand across digital and printed marketing materials.
You will be:
  • An experienced B2B marketer who is comfortable managing both strategic priorities and hands\-on day\-to\-day marketing activity.

  • Confident taking ownership of multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously.

  • Organised and comfortable working with international teams across different time zones.

  • Comfortable working independently while collaborating closely with Sales, Product, Support, IT and senior management.
You will have:
  • Previous experience as a Marketing Manager, Senior Marketing Executive or in a similar marketing role.

  • Strong practical experience using HubSpot, particularly Marketing Hub and CRM.

  • Experience creating and managing website content, email campaigns, workflows, lists, forms and landing pages within HubSpot.

  • Strong copywriting and proofreading skills, with the ability to create clear and engaging B2B marketing content.

  • Experience managing social media for a B2B organisation.

  • Experience planning and delivering webinars, events, exhibitions or trade shows.

  • Experience working with sales teams and supporting lead generation activity.

  • Good reporting and analytical skills, with experience using platforms such as HubSpot, GA4 and Search Console.

  • Experience coordinating external agencies, designers, printers, event suppliers or other third\-party providers.

  • Strong attention to detail.

  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Desirable experience:
  • Experience working within a B2B software, SaaS, manufacturing, engineering or construction technology environment.

  • Experience marketing to international audiences, particularly across the UK, North America and the Middle East.

  • Experience supporting software or product launches.

  • Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud or similar design tools.

  • A marketing, business or related degree, or CIM qualification.

Reporting line:

You will report to the Chief Operating Officer and work closely with the company’s regional sales teams and wider STRUMIS team.
