AI First Mindset
We're not looking for someone who simply uses AI. We want someone who weaponizes it. You treat tools like Claude, ChatGPT, and other AI copilots as force multipliers, allowing you to deliver at a level and speed others can't match. For you, AI isn't an add\-on, it's the default operating system for how you think, work, and lead. What You'll Do
- Own the marketing budget and drive ROI across every channel — you don't just allocate spend, you build a system that gets smarter over time
- Use AI as your force multiplier across the entire function: content production, campaign optimization, audience segmentation, performance analysis — done faster and smarter than the industry expects
- Lead product marketing for our AI\-first platform — translating the power of AI Revenue Engine, AI Notetaker, and AI Agents into messaging that makes buyers lean in
- Build and run marketing automation and nurture flows in Upsales, constantly raising the bar on what "automated" actually means
- Own upsales.com as a living sales asset — test, iterate, and optimize with AI until every page pulls its weight
- Produce sales enablement materials that give the team an unfair advantage in every conversation
- Think bigger than campaigns. Use AI to identify patterns, spot opportunities, and make decisions that compound over time
- Set a new standard for what one person with the right tools and mindset can accomplish in a marketing function
Who We're Looking For
- 5\+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in SaaS
- Proven track record of driving pipeline and revenue — not just activity and impressions
- Experience owning a marketing budget with clear ROI accountability
- Hands\-on with marketing automation, CRM, and campaign management
- Strong product marketing instincts — you can take a complex feature and turn it into a message that lands with a buyer in seconds
- Background in or close collaboration with sales — you understand the deal cycle and what reps actually need
- Confident content creator across formats: landing pages, emails, one\-pagers, and social
- Fluent in both Swedish and English
- Comfortable with data: you spot trends and make decisions based on numbers rather than gut alone
