Marketing & Growth Manager

Bettermove is one of the UK's leading property solutions businesses, helping homeowners and landlords across England and Wales sell property through a range of specialist services including direct purchasing, investor introductions, chain mending, part exchange, landlord portfolio disposals and difficult property solutions.

We generate over 1,000 property enquiries every week and invest significantly across PPC, SEO, PR, Meta advertising, CRM automation, email marketing and digital lead generation.

We're looking for a commercially minded Marketing \& Growth Manager to take ownership of our marketing function and help drive the next stage of growth.

We already work with specialist agencies and suppliers across PPC, SEO, PR and digital marketing.

Your role will be to bring everything together, challenge assumptions, improve performance, identify opportunities for growth and ensure every pound spent on marketing delivers maximum return.

The Role

Working directly with the leadership team, you will become the central point of contact for all marketing activity across the business.

You will oversee multiple agencies, campaigns and marketing channels, ensuring they are aligned around one clear strategy and focused on delivering profitable growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage PPC, SEO and PR agencies


• Develop and execute marketing strategies


• Plan and coordinate multi\-channel campaigns


• Improve lead generation and conversion rates


• Work with Salesforce and CRM automation


• Manage marketing reporting and attribution


• Review agency performance and ROI


• Identify new growth opportunities


• Align all marketing activity around key business objectives


• Work closely with senior leadership to support business growth

You are commercially minded, analytical and results\-driven.

You understand enough about PPC, SEO, PR and digital marketing to manage specialists, but your real strength lies in bringing everything together and making it perform.

You enjoy solving problems, challenging suppliers, improving systems and driving measurable results.

Essential Requirements

• Minimum 5 years' marketing experience


• Experience managing external agencies


• Strong understanding of digital marketing


• Commercial mindset


• Strong analytical and reporting skills


• Excellent communication and project management skills


• Experience managing marketing budgets


• Comfortable working directly with senior leadership

• Property industry experience preferred but not essential


• Salesforce experience


• CRM and marketing automation experience


• PR and media experience

Within your first 12 months you will:

• Create and implement a clear marketing strategy


• Align all marketing channels and suppliers


• Improve lead quality and conversion rates


• Increase marketing efficiency and ROI


• Improve reporting and attribution


• Help drive profitable business growth

• £45,000 basic salary
