Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and creative Marketing Executive to help promote our staffing services, generate new business leads, and strengthen our brand presence within the hospitality sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing campaigns to attract hotel and hospitality clients.


• Manage social media platforms and create engaging content.


• Generate leads through online and offline marketing activities.


• Build relationships with hotels, hospitality businesses, and industry partners.


• Create marketing materials including brochures, flyers, email campaigns, and advertisements.


• Monitor campaign performance and prepare marketing reports.


• Support business development initiatives and networking events.


• Maintain and update company website content.

Requirements

• Previous experience in marketing, sales, or business development preferred.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• Strong knowledge of social media marketing and digital advertising.


• Ability to work independently and achieve targets.


• Experience in recruitment or hospitality marketing is an advantage.


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing tools.
