- Lead and mentor team members, fostering a collaborative environment focused on continuous improvement.
- Organise events or webinars that promote brand visibility and engagement with target audiences.
- Proven management and leadership capabilities with experience in project management.
- Strong knowledge of SEO techniques, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and email marketing platforms.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, WordPress, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and organisational tools.
- Excellent analysis skills with the ability to interpret data effectively for strategic decision\-making.
- Exceptional copywriting skills tailored for diverse audiences across digital platforms.
- Expertise in social media management across multiple channels such as LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram.
- Solid understanding of B2B marketing strategies and communication skills tailored for professional audiences.
- IT literacy with strong time management and organisational skills to handle multiple projects efficiently.
