We are looking for a creative and ambitious Marketing Executive to support the delivery of our marketing strategy and help drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and commercial growth.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone at the early stages of their marketing career who is looking to develop hands\-on experience across content, social media, CRM, digital marketing, events, and brand development within a growing luxury furniture and interiors business.

About the RoleThe Marketing Executive will support the planning, coordination, and delivery of marketing activity across online and offline channels. The successful candidate will work closely with internal teams and external partners to help strengthen brand visibility, customer engagement, and lead generation.This role would suit someone who is creative, organised, commercially aware, and eager to develop a broad range of marketing skills within a fast\-paced environment.

Content \& Brand Marketing

· Create engaging content that reflects the aspirational positioning and visual identity of the brand

· Write copy for marketing materials including blogs, newsletters, website content, brochures, and social media posts

· Support SEO and AEO\-focused content creation to improve online visibility and search performance

· Coordinate photography and video content and include capturing completed furniture pieces prior to delivery

· Assist with the curation of visual assets from photoshoots, showroom activity, and events

CRM \& Email Marketing

· Maintain and update the CRM system (Zoho), ensuring customer and product data remains accurate and up to date.

· Create, distribute and manage the monthly TOCC Newsletter, featuring trends in interiors, new products, events and general news from the workshop and showroom.

· Support audience segmentation and reporting activity

· Manage and update contact lists and email marketing databases

· Identify and support customer loyalty initiatives and VIP engagement opportunities

· Report on the new product trends and insights being captured in the CRM to help inform new design concepts and styles

Social Media

· Support the day\-to\-day management of social media channels across the business

· Create engaging visual and written content tailored to each platform

· Help develop storytelling led campaigns that strengthen brand awareness and engagement

· Assist in the delivery of paid social campaigns, including content and creative asset preparation

Website \& Digital Marketing

· Update website content, product listings, descriptions, and imagery through the CMS

· Assist with website optimisation projects and digital marketing initiatives

· Work alongside external SEO partners to improve website performance and AI search visibility

· Produce branded graphics and digital assets using Canva and Adobe Creative Suite

Events, PR \& Partnerships

· Support the coordination of showroom events, collaborations, and local marketing initiatives

· Assist in identifying PR and partnership opportunities that enhance brand awareness

· Help create promotional materials for events and trade activity

General Support

· Provide wider support to the business where required, including customer interaction and showroom support

· Work collaboratively with sales, production, and leadership teams

· Attend occasional events and meetings, including potential travel to the London showroom

  • Supporting the wider team within the office with admin support, answering the phone, talking to clients

  • Attending partner events, creating any marketing material to promote our products \& services

  • Understanding of responsibilities and duties of other departments and the impact on your own.

  • Working closely with the sales team which may involve occasional travel to the London Showroom.

  • Understanding of online marketing principles, strategies and tools.

  • Experience in the production and delivery of marketing content to customers, online and offline, directly or through agencies, working within deadlines.

  • Experience of working in a CRM system, preferably ZOHO

  • Have a focus on accuracy with a keen attention to detail

  • Social media content creation and channel management experience

  • Basic design skills and the knowledge of Mailchimp, Canva, Adobe and Creative Cloud

  • Copywriting / creative writing skills

  • Ability to work under own initiative, and essentially as part of a wider team

  • High level of numeracy, financial awareness and analytical skills

  • Good level of IT literacy, knowledge of Microsoft products and web based products

  • Strong time management skills and ability to prioritise workload and be highly organised

  • Adaptable, flexible and an ability to resolve problems, work under pressure and meet deadlines

  • Experience in photography and video production

  • An interest in Interior design

  • Advanced IT knowledge

  • Full UK Driving license
