Marketing Executive

Role Overview

This is an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Executive to join SYSPAL and become the dedicated marketing voice across our Essentials, Technik, and Hydro Canine divisions. The role combines creativity, digital marketing, and hands\-on involvement with innovative products.

We are looking for someone early in their marketing career who is enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to grow with the business long\-term. You will work closely with the Divisional Lead on a day\-to\-day basis, while also collaborating with another Marketing Executive on shared projects and campaigns across the departments.

A key focus during the first few months will be supporting the development and launch of our new website. You will work alongside our external marketing agency and internal teams to coordinate content, manage timelines, and ensure the project progresses smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with internal teams to understand the Essentials, Technik, and Hydro Canine product ranges and customer audiences


• Support the development and launch of the new SYSPAL website alongside an external marketing agency


• Coordinate content and help ensure deadlines and deliverables are met during the website development phase


• Support and manage marketing activity and content across the Essentials, Technik, and Hydro Canine divisions


• Assist in creating marketing campaigns, brochures, email campaigns, case studies, and website content


• Contribute creative ideas to product branding and promotional strategies


• Support exhibitions, trade shows, and industry events


• Conduct market research and competitor analysis


• Create case studies, testimonials, and video content from customer projects


• Maintain marketing materials and coordinate updates with designers or external partners


• Assist with reporting, marketing performance tracking, and marketing administration

• 1–3 years’ experience in marketing, digital communications, or a related role (graduates with relevant internships, placements, or apprenticeships are encouraged to apply)


• Experience or interest in B2B or product\-based marketing


• Knowledge of email marketing, SEO, and website CMS platforms


• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and platforms such as Canva


• Strong written and verbal communication skills


• Highly organised with strong attention to detail


• Ability to manage multiple tasks and coordinate with internal teams and external partners

• Positive, proactive attitude with genuine enthusiasm for marketing


• Comfortable sharing ideas and collaborating closely within a small team


• Confident communicator who enjoys building relationships internally and externally


• Creative thinker who can balance ideas with practical execution
