About SnapTrip \-

SnapTrip is an AI\-powered travel platform on a mission to make every trip smarter, more personal, and effortlessly planned. We're early\-stage, backed by a Local Enterprise Office DLR Feasibility Grant, and part of the Slowey MVB Tech Accelerator. We're not building another travel aggregator — we're building the travel co\-pilot people actually want. Now we need the right person to make the world aware of it.

The Role \-

You'll be our first dedicated marketing hire — which means you'll have the keys to the brand and the freedom to shape it. This isn't a "execute someone else's playbook" role. This is a "write the playbook, then execute it" role. You'll work directly with the founder and be at the heart of every growth conversation.

Brand \& content \-

  • Own SnapTrip's brand voice, visual identity, and tone of voice across all channels

  • Create compelling content — blog posts, social copy, newsletters, landing pages — that actually converts

  • Build a consistent content calendar and ensure the brand shows up well everywhere we exist online

  • Produce or oversee short\-form video, reels, and travel content for social platforms
Growth \& performance \-
  • Plan, run, and optimise digital marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, and email

  • Lead SEO strategy and execution — keyword research, on\-page optimisation, and link building

  • Own our analytics dashboards — track CAC, retention, and engagement; report insights directly to the founder

  • Run A/B tests on messaging, landing pages, and ad creatives to continuously improve performance
Community \& partnerships \-
  • Identify and activate partnerships with travel creators, influencers, and micro\-communities

  • Build and grow our online community — engage users, collect feedback, and turn early adopters into advocates

  • Support the launch and localisation of SnapTrip's country guides and destination content

  • Manage PR touchpoints, press releases, and media outreach as we grow our public profile
Strategy \& product marketing \-
  • Develop go\-to\-market strategy for new features and destination launches

  • Define target personas, refine our positioning, and sharpen our competitive messaging

  • Collaborate with the founder on pitch decks, investor\-facing materials, and growth narratives

  • Bring proactive ideas to the table — we want someone who sees opportunity and acts on it
What we're looking for \-
  • 3–5 years in marketing, growth, or brand — ideally in a startup or digital\-first environment

  • Hands\-on with social, SEO, email, paid ads, and content — not just managing agencies

  • Comfortable with Canva, Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Mailchimp / Klaviyo, and similar

  • Self\-starter. Comfortable with ambiguity. Ownership\-oriented. Moves fast without breaking trust
Bonus points if you...
  • Have a genuine love for travel — you get the audience because you are the audience

  • Are curious about AI tools and how they can supercharge a lean marketing operation

  • Have grown a personal brand, blog, or community of your own

  • Have worked at an early\-stage startup before and know what "wearing multiple hats" actually means
Pay: From €6,000\.00 per year

Benefits:

  • Flexitime

  • Food allowance

  • Profit sharing

  • Work from home
