Marketing Executive

Position Overview:
In this pivotal role, you will be the architect of our website marketing strategies, meticulously planning and executing our website product pages ensuring high attention to detail. Your responsibilities will include crafting product pages of our stock on our websites as well as third party websites such as Autotrader, managing customer relationships through our CRM system, and delivering insightful reports to senior staff. You will spearhead digital campaigns across various channels to generate enquiries through our websites working along side our digital media team to create engaging content.

This role will play and important part in making sure customers see the right vehicle, the right prices and the right information across our platforms including text and email campaigns. You will help keep our online stock accurate as well as upload new vehicle information when required and make sure the website continues to perform as a key sales tool for the business.

Responsibilities

• Plan and run website campaigns in communication with the digital media team


• Create and update website product pages with accurate information and well written descriptions


• Monitor company enquiries through our website and CRM system


• Create Email campaigns via Mailchimp


• Communicate with external and internal marketing teams


• Reply and monitor our review channels


• Liaise with sales staff


• Analyse marketing data

We are looking for:

• Tech savvy Digital Marketer


• Experienced Copywriter


• Creative thinking


• Solution\-focused approach


• Excellent IT skills


• Excellent knowledge of digital marketing platforms


• A flare for social, digital, and online communications


• Marketing degree or similar qualification


• Strong Excel skills, especially for tracking prices, stock, offers and campaign information


• Organised and able to manage multiple tasks at once

Ideal but not essentials skills:

• SEO experience


• Experienced with Adobe Suite / Video editing software / Mailchimp (Not Essential)


• Google Analytics \& Google Ads experience


• Experience using CRM Systems (HubSpot ideally)


• 1\+ Years in a marketing or similar role

You should be comfortable working with website content such as vehicle descriptions and more, Excel tracking, written information and email campaign building. Accuracy is essential as the role involves managing vehicle details, prices, stock updates and campaign information that customers rely on.

Pay: £25,000\.00\-£30,000\.00 per year
