Marketing Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and driven Marketing Executive to join our fast\-growing team, supporting both Flint \& Flame and The Wellness Tree Group brands. This exciting role combines hands\-on social media management and content creation with wider marketing responsibilities, supporting the Marketing Manager in delivering impactful campaigns and long\-term brand growth strategies.

This is a hands\-on role ideal for someone who enjoys creating engaging content, spotting trends, building brands online, and bringing fresh ideas to the table. The role is primarily office based, with some field work required for events, filming, photography, and content capture.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the planning and delivery of marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels


• Manage and grow our social media platforms including content creation, scheduling, and community engagement


• Assist with email marketing campaigns, CRM activity, and customer communications


• Work alongside external agencies to support brand growth, SEO, and wider marketing strategies


• Support website updates and content management via WordPress or Wix


• Create marketing materials including social content, graphics, photography, video, and promotional assets


• Assist with product launches, promotions, events, and exhibitions


• Monitor campaign, website, and social media performance and provide reporting insights


• Help maintain consistent branding and messaging across all platforms


• Support day\-to\-day marketing administration, planning, and project coordination


• Attend events and on\-location shoots to capture content when required


• Due to events and content opportunities, some occasional weekend work and travel away from home may be required. Time outside normal working hours is not frequent, but flexibility is appreciated.

Pay: Up to £25,000\.00 per year
