Salary: £28,000 \- £34,000 per annum depending on level of experience

Main Purpose of the Role
This role is responsible for delivering agreed marketing activity across campaigns, events, webinars and marketing operations.
This is an execution\-focused role, taking approved plans from brief through to delivery, follow\-up and reporting. Marketing strategy, creative direction and core messaging sit with the Head of Marketing and external creative/content partners. The Marketing Executive is responsible for making sure agreed activity is delivered accurately on time and to the required standard.
As Cirrus has a lean marketing team, the role will also support wider areas of marketing and will offer lots of variety and the opportunity for growth of skill set and knowledge.
Tasks, Duties and Responsibilities
Campaigns
· Execute agreed marketing campaigns from brief through to delivery, follow\-up and reporting across relevant systems and channels, including CRM, marketing automation, email, landing pages, campaign data, tracking and reporting.
Events, Webinars and Roundtables
- Deliver agreed events, webinars and roundtables from planning through to post\-event follow\-up and reporting, including email communications, registration tracking, landing pages, attendee data, CRM updates and performance reporting.
- Coordinate the operational elements, including suppliers, attendees, speakers, event materials and onsite support where required.
· Manage day\-to\-day website updates, ensuring pages, landing pages, forms, links, CTAs and digital assets are accurate, current and easy to use.
- Monitor website and digital performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Ads, keyword tools and relevant platform analytics, identifying trends, issues and opportunities for improvement.
- Support SEO, AEO, GEO and AI\-search visibility by helping ensure website content is clear, well structured, useful, accurate and easy for both buyers and search tools to understand.
- Manage the operational setup required to deliver marketing activity across CRM, marketing automation, website, webinar, reporting and project management tools.
- Support lead management processes, including allocation, follow\-up tracking, campaign attribution and progress updates.
- Maintain general marketing administration, including internal marketing requests, budget updates, POs, handovers and process documentation.
Essential
- Previous B2B marketing experience.
- Experience executing marketing campaigns, events, webinars or digital marketing activity from brief through to delivery, follow\-up and reporting.
- Able to work independently in a small team, manage multiple priorities and keep work moving without direction. .
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills, with the ability to manage deadlines, tasks, records, handovers and follow\-up actions.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work well with Sales, Customer Success, partners, agencies and internal stakeholders.
- Working knowledge of CRM and marketing automation platforms, such as Salesforce, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Canva, adobe or similar.
- Understanding of digital marketing principles, including email marketing, website performance, SEO, social media, campaign tracking and analytics.
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT to support research, drafting, productivity and marketing execution.
- Experience in CCaaS, SaaS, IT, telecoms, CX, contact centre or another technology sector.
- Experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Ads, LinkedIn analytics, Looker Studio / Google Data Studio, SEMrush, Ahrefs or similar tools.
- Working knowledge of SEO, AEO, GEO or AI search visibility.
- Experience using Adobe Creative Suite, Canva or similar tools for basic design updates or campaign assets.
- Experience working with external creative, content or design agencies.
- Experience producing reporting that explains what changed, why it matters and what action should happen next.
The successful candidate will be proactive and comfortable taking ownership in a small marketing team and should take pride in completing their work to a high standard.
They should be able to understand an agreed brief, ask the right questions, identify what needs doing, flag risks early and recommend practical next steps.
We are seeking someone with at least two years’ previous marketing experience who can work independently, manage priorities, use judgement and take ownership of agreed activity.
The successful candidate must be happy to travel for work occasionally.
